How do I return the goods to you?
To return the goods, please contact us by email: email@example.com. As packaging material you can use the shipping packaging you received with your delivery or any other packaging. Please make sure to include the completed returns slip with your return.
What do I have to consider when returning goods?
If you would like to return your goods to us, please note the return period of 14 days. Within these 14 days, the goods can be returned without giving any reason. The goods must be unwashed, show no signs of wear and all original labels must still be attached. The date of receipt of the goods is decisive for the deadline. Please fill out the return slip completely and legibly and enclose it with your return.
Can I exchange an item?
If you return an item to us, you will automatically be refunded the purchase price. If an item does not fit perfectly or you would like it in a different colour, please reorder it directly in our online shop. This way you can see immediately whether the desired item is still available.
Has my return arrived?
As soon as we have received your return and processed it, we will send you a confirmation of receipt. If you have not received any information about your return within 7 working days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or use our contact form. Please allow up to 7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your return to arrive. If you have not received a confirmation email after 7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays), please contact our customer service. We will reply immediately. In order for us to be able to process your request as quickly as possible, please provide us with your return number and the tracking number of your return, which you received by e-mail. Please also state which items you have returned to us.
When will I get my money back?
Your money will be refunded within 14 days at the latest. The deadline is determined by the receipt of your account details. If you have paid by PayPal, Amazon Pay or credit card, we can automatically refund the money. If you paid in advance, we need your bank account details to process the refund. Please check your details before submitting them, as incorrect or incomplete details may result in an extension of the refund period.
